1. Return Conditions
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without any reason.
The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
Contact our customer service via info@mastered.be to register your return. Please include your order number.
You will receive confirmation from us along with further instructions on how to return the product.
Return the product to the address provided by us. Within Belgium and the Netherlands, the shipping process usually takes 1 business day. For other destinations, it may take 1 to 3 days.
Once we have received and inspected the product, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
In the case of incorrect delivery or a defective product, we will cover the return costs.

- Within Belgium and the Netherlands: Delivery within 1 business day.
